Seven private days across Taiwan: Taipei’s museums and Michelin tables, Jiufen at lantern hour, Taroko’s marble cliffs, a night on Sun Moon Lake, sunrise above Alishan’s sea of clouds and the temples of Tainan. Private chauffeur, licensed guide and five-star stays throughout.
This is the journey for travellers who want to understand Taiwan, not just see it. In seven days you move from the capital’s imperial treasures and night markets to the Pacific coast, up into the cloud forests of the central mountains, and south to the island’s oldest city.
The route uses Taiwan’s excellent high-speed rail where it saves time and your private chauffeur everywhere else, so there are no early coach departures or group meals. Each night is spent somewhere chosen for its setting: a lakeside resort on Sun Moon Lake, a mountain lodge in Alishan for the sunrise, a design hotel in Tainan.
Every element can change. Your specialist adjusts pace, hotels and experiences to you, and re-routes the Taroko day around the latest trail status.
